A major international trend has so far bypassed Switzerland: IPOs of so-called Spac (Special Purpose Acquisition Company). But now a premiere is becoming increasingly likely. Several Swiss banks are considering such projects, and local investors are also interested, as “Finanz und Wirtschaft” has learned.
